This Refund Policy outlines the rules and guidelines regarding payments and refunds for the services and platform offered by Us (education.stockvista.in).

  • No Refund on Course Purchase
    • All payments made towards this platform are final and non-refundable.
    • Once access credentials are issued, no refund request will be entertained under any circumstance.
  • No Refund on Platform Access
    • Platform access is included as a value-added benefit to education and is not a separately billed service.
    • There is no partial or full refund available for the education platform usage.
  • Exceptions (If Any)
    • Only in cases of duplicate payment, Refund request to be made within 5 days of payment, Approved refund amount will be credited within 7-10 working days.
    • Refunds for duplicates will be made to the original payment method used by the client.
  • How to Raise a Refund Request
  • StockVista’s Discretion
    • All refund decisions rest solely with Us and will be final.
    • Filing chargebacks without following this process may lead to permanent account termination.
