These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of StockVista’s learning platform (https://education.stockvista.in), which is made available only to our paid advisory service clients. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • User Access
    • Platform access is restricted to active StockVista advisory clients only.
    • Each client receives a unique Username and Password for access.
    • Credentials are confidential and must not be shared. Shared accounts may result in permanent suspension.
  • Use of Content
    • All videos, PDFs, charts, study materials, and eBooks provided are for educational purposes.
    • Reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing of content is strictly prohibited.
    • Downloadable content is watermarked and tracked for misuse detection.
  • Intellectual Property
    • All content, graphics, branding, and materials on the platform are the intellectual property of StockVista or licensed third parties.
    • Any attempt to replicate or distribute content will result in legal action.
  • Platform Conduct
    • Users must not upload, post, or transmit any content that is offensive, illegal, or violates copyrights.
    • Any form of academic dishonesty, content scraping, or system abuse is prohibited.
  • Termination of Access
    • Subscription expiry or non-renewal
    • Violations of these Terms
    • Security threats, fraud attempts, or improper use
    • At StockVista’s sole discretion
  • Limitation of Liability
    • StockVista is not liable for:
    • Investment losses resulting from any interpretation of course material
    • Service interruptions due to server maintenance or third-party failures
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from platform use
  • Availability & Downtime
    • The platform may be unavailable for updates, server maintenance, or technical issues.
    • In such cases, we will attempt to notify users in advance via email or SMS.
  • Updates to Terms
    • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
    • Updated versions will be posted with the “Last Updated” date.
    • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
